Getting things done.

Fitting it all in. It can be a difficult prospect, especially in an artistic endeavor like writting, most especially when you are independent and have to be your own boss. As you prepare to bring your creation to the masses – a prospect that can be nerve wracking all on its own – you must still do all the ancillary work necessary to survive.

What do I mean? Well, let’s see. Bills must be paid. Yep, they don’t pay themselves. Laundry must be washed. Come on, who wants to be stinky? That stack of dirty dishes in the sink – you know the one, its the one on top of that other stack of dirty dishes in the sink- needs to be cleaned. And no, you can’t just scrape the old food off and reuse. Let’s not forget the general maintenance and upkeep of the home, vacuuming, dusting, etc. All that must be done and we haven’t even talked about what you need to do for the book.

Marketing meetings, merchandise giveaways, artwork finalizations and, of course, implementation of notes from your copy editor must all be completed before your masterwork is ready for mass consumption.

Fortunately, I have a great writing partner in D.W. who handles more than the lion’s share of responsibility. I still haven’t figured out how to get him to do my dishes yet, but trust me, I am working to crack that code as we speak.

Anyway, at this stage of the game, we are in the copy editor note implementation stage. I am thankful that we have a great one in Elisha Sum. Thanks for all of your hard work, Elisha!

We are getting very close to releasing book 3 in the Necromancers’ Pride Saga – Storm of Shadows! We are excited to have you all along on the continuation of this incredible journey.

We wanted to give you an update on our voyage to publication and how things are progressing. Now, I am off to get some of that bill paying done as we continue to implement Elisha’s notes.

Who is your favorite character in the world of Necromancers’ Pride?

This is your community. We want to hear from you.
