So today, since I’m tired, I’m going to be giving you guys a post on how to fall asleep fast! I haven’t used some of these methods the past few days so I’m going to hope it works tonight!
1. Focus on your breathing. In, out, in, out.
2. Or you could focus on your heartbeat.
3. Pretend you can slowly feel your body lifting and losing sensation. Feel the air weighing on your skin.
4. Don’t overthink. It doesn’t help to think about your crush or food if you’re trying to sleep. Trust me.
5. Relax and don’t think about tomorrow. It will just stress you out.
6. Nightly routine. Wash your face, put your bags by the door, read (Necromancers’ Pride), whatever is fine as long as it calms you down. I also suggest teeth brushing.
7. Don’t stay on technology for too long. Let your brain rest! Plus you might fall into an Internet Hole that sucks hours away from you and makes you even more tired.
8. Make your bed. Not much is more satisfying to climbing to a well-made bed.
9. Don’t focus too much on the sleep aspect, but more to the relaxing aspect.
