Hello Everyone! Happy Friday!

DISCLAIMER: This is a fictional story that I created. This is not part of the Necromancers Pride storyline or lore, but I think this would be a neat addition.

Have you ever wondered what happened if a wind song became lost and trapped for eternity, especially in southern Medoic? Well, I’m here to answer that question with: “The Wind Lock”

Located on the coast of the Bay of Winds lies a small, broken outpost named Point Redrock. The paranormal energies that reside within the tower, spoked the Medoican guard to abandoned the outpost. Witnesses to these hauntings, detail a tall shadow figure holding a whirling object. The actual object is a dradar. The spirit is an old Weaver named Farcon, who died in this watchtower after the apocalypse of the Mourning Night. A corrupt Weaver stabbed him inside Point Redrock, betraying him for political gain. From the moment Farcon passed into the ethereal plains of existence, he sought to sabotage other wind messages that pass through the region. Unfortunately, this story was not passed on to younger generations due to the paranoia that people would conspire against Weavers whom they thought would be duplicitous in the conspiracy and convey the opposite message about the Weaver’s Guild.

The lore that is practiced is that there is a magical energy that absorbs Weaver’s wind songs because it is one of several magical anomalies that flood Tarune, thus the nickname of “The Wind Lock.” That is what makes this location special. Lore that has been lost for generations could have potentially saved or ruined the positive image of the Weaver’s Guild. This spirit cannot trap all wind messages, but when he does, it causes mass chaos in the region. From supplies not arriving on time to negotiations about the Canodria-Medoic conflict, this lost Weaver will play with the wind songs by trapping them in his spiritual dradar and using it for more energy to continue to thrive in both plains. As of now, there are no travelers or tourists who visit Point Redrock.

There you have it! Part four! I still have more in store the next few weeks. Join me next week for part five of “The Seven Mystical Wonders of Tarune” series. Thank you everyone for reading and I’ll see ya, next week!!
